The 2025 regatta season is starting - and it once again promises top sporting performances, exciting competitions and unforgettable moments on the water. Anyone who sails an Esse sailboat knows that these boats want to be moved, preferably in direct comparison with other ambitious crews.
Two regattas will once again be the highlights of this year's season.
The Esseboats Cup Thalwil will be held on Lake Zurich from July 4 to 6, 2025. Thanks to the combination of challenging races and a growing, committed community, the Esseboats Cup Thalwil has become a fixed date in the regatta calendar since 2022 - and ensures a strong field of participants and an all-round successful event every summer.
As in previous years, all types of sailing boats from Esseboats take part. Lake Zurich offers them and their crews ideal conditions and the Thalwil Sailing Club provides the perfect setting.
The sporting highlight of the season will be the Swiss Championship of the Esse 850 International Class (Bächau / Lake Zurich) from August 22 - 24, 2025 - three days of intense competition with plenty of tactical skill and precise boat handling at the highest level.
The Bächau offers an exciting area for deciding the national title. If you want to compete with the best crews in the class, you shouldn't miss this event.
