From Gothenburg to Trieste - Esse 330 turns five

We proudly delivered the latest Esse 330, a model that is built to perform with excellence. In a short period of time, Esseboats has achieved considerable success with this exceptional sailing boat. The prototype was first launched at the end of 2019. In 2020, Esse 330 celebrated its premiere at the world's largest boat show, "boot" in Düsseldorf. The same year, the first Esse 330 was turned over to a customer. Since then, we have continuously worked on further developing and perfecting the Esse 330 series.

Already at home in many waters

By now, one can see Esse 330 sailing boats travelling on coastal waters from Gothenburg (Sweden) to Trieste (Italy) – and, of course, on many sweetwater lakes. The largest fleet of Esse 330s, with a total of four boats, is based on Lake Geneva. Boat number 10 has found its home in Ascona on Lake Maggiore. There is also an Esse 330 on Lake Chiemsee, one of Germany's most picturesque lakes, where the draught can be reduced from 1.90 meters to 1.55 meters, if necessary, using a hydraulic lifting keel.

Perfect features for single-handed sailors

The Esse 330 has proven itself to be a boat that not only has outstanding sailing capabilities but is also optimized for single-handed sailing. The boat’s handling is excellent, and sailors can steer the Esse 330 effortlessly when they are on the water by themselves. With its nimble design and precise sailing and steering systems, the Esse 330 responds quickly and accurately to the sailor's commands.
